With the coronavirus (COVID-19) changing almost everything about our daily lives, we wanted to write and assure you that we are still able to serve and meet your waterproofing and structural needs as we have for over 17 years.  We are taking all necessary actions to ensure the safety of our customers and staff by adhering to the PA government mandated shutdown.  However, we are working remotely to provide the best customer service possible during these difficult time.  We will continue to answer your questions and schedule inspections and installations to ensure the safety and future of your home.    

We will still have office staff answering our phones lines from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, retrieving mail and faxes and directing calls and messages in a manner that will allow a reasonable response time during this unprecedented time.

As always we will have voicemail available during off hours and will be checking our messages frequently and returning phone calls promptly. If you have friends or family who are in need of our services, please feel free to share our email address and telephone numbers as well.

During these unprecedented changes to daily life, it is our job to continue providing you with the highest possible quality of customer service.
