Construction Laborer
Position Details:
- No experience is needed. We provide training
- Full-time
- Salary: $14.00-$19.00 per hour
- Paid drive time
- West Newton, PA – home office, 1200 Herminie West Newton Rd., West Newton, PA 15089
- Uniform provided
- Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Installing interior and external drainage systems and foundation repair systems
- Using jackhammers and hammer drills
- Carry buckets full of debris, gravel, and concrete
- Digging and trenching
- Mixing concrete
- Must have transportation to our warehouse
- Required background check
- Must be available Monday through Friday at 6:15 am
- Average day is 8-10 hours
- Paychecks are distributed weekly
- Review and raise after 90 days
- Benefits, PTO (Paid Time Off), and Paid Holidays after one (1) year of employment

We also have crew leader positions available. If you are a leader and have experience with waterproofing, plumbing, landscaping, and/or construction, this position could be for you.
