Position Details:

  • No experience is needed. We provide training
  • Full-time
  • Salary: $14.00-$19.00 per hour
  • Paid drive time
  • West Newton, PA - home office, 1200 Herminie West Newton Rd., West Newton, PA 15089
  • Uniform provided
  • Job duties include but are not limited to:
    • Installing interior and external drainage systems and foundation repair systems
    • Using jackhammers and hammer drills
    • Carry buckets full of debris, gravel, and concrete
    • Digging and trenching
    • Mixing concrete
  • Must have transportation to our warehouse
  • Required background check
  • Must be available Monday through Friday at 6:15 am
  • Average day is 8-10 hours
  • Paychecks are distributed weekly 
  • Review and raise after 90 days
  • Benefits, PTO (Paid Time Off), and Paid Holidays after one (1) year of employment
  • Bonus opportunities available 
  • Advancement Opportunities are available

We also have crew leader positions available. If you are a leader and have experience with waterproofing, plumbing, landscaping, and/or construction, this position could be for you.
