Its been a couple of years since they completed the work they did on my basement.  But after last night's storm , not a drop entered my basement. From the time they came to give an estimate,  completed the work and taking questions and concerns about my what ifs. They were and have been friendly and professional. We had water coming into our finished basement and got a few quotes on how to fix the problem. Advanced basement solutions installed interior French drains, a bigger sump pump and bottom plates on the foundation, as the foundation had started to shift and crack due the pressure of how much water was coming in. Their quote was less than the competition and they didn’t make us sit through a corny presentation. Zack, the project manager was extremely prompt with his quotes and answered texts quickly with any questions or concerns I had. They were able to come out 3 weeks after we got our quote and had the job done in one day. They cleaned up well and put plastic up at the entrances so debris wouldn’t fly upstairs. So far, our basement has been completely dry and we were able to get it refinished. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with a wet basement. Excellent work! The deciding factor in choosing ABS over others was Chris K asking great questions when he came to give an estimate. Clearly he thought through the entire process and anticipated potential challenges rather than just trying to sell me the work. I was getting water in my basement for a few years prior to calling Advanced Basement Solutions in 2011. After they came to my house and discussed the project and the price for installing an internal French drain and pump to drain the water out into my yard I felt comfortable with choosing this company. They did not disappoint. Solved my issues completely and I had no issues until early 2025, as I noticed my pump was no longer pumping water out. Impressively the whole system still held the water from getting into my basement. I called them on a Thursday afternoon regarding the matter and within an hour a tech called me back to discuss my pump. The next morning he came to my house and installed a new pump which probably took him 40 minutes max and had the water pumping out!! They really back up there work and parts!! After having a bad experience with ohio basement authority, I reached out to Mike at ABS and he completely put my mind at ease. I made sure to get quotes from several companies. This company was slightly more expensive than a few others, however they worked with me on the price. Also you get what you pay for...they were worth it.  They installed an internal French drain quickly and also extended two outside gutter drains. The basement was an absolutely mess with concrete dust and it did take me several weeks to clean up. I do wish they used an air vacuum to decrease the dust. One of the outside drains wasnt quite what I wanted and the owner himself came out and fixed it perfectly 👌 Overall happy with the service they provided! After calling numerous places and having a few come out for quotes that were astronomical, I found Advanced Basement Solutions.  The guy came out the next day and gave us a very reasonable estimate. They did the work the following week and we feel confident now that our basement will not further disintegrate. Our house is 65 years old and when we discovered the shifting foundation, I truly thought it would cost us about tens of thousands to fix it.  I think our total was around $3K from ABS and they did a great job!!!  Re-surfaced our concrete patio and cleaned everything up spic and span.  Great company, great people to work with.  I would HIGHLY recommend them.  Some of these other basement places wanted over $20,0000 to fix it AND wouldn't replace the concrete when they were done... really?  I'm so glad I found this company instead.  I can't post photos of the work, because you cannot even tell where it was done.
