Roughcasting is a process in which vapor barrier is placed on the wall and tied into the Internal French Drain system where applicable. There is then a galvanized mesh attached to the wall over the vapor barrier. A portland concrete mix is then trialed onto the wall in two coats and brushed for aesthetics.
